Delivery Costs
Delivery is FREE for most orders.
*We ship to mainland UK addresses only. Some postcodes in the Highlands & Islands incur an additional delivery charge. If you are shipping to the Highlands & Islands please contact us for an estimate of the shipping costs.

Delivery Timings

Orders are dispatched Monday - Thursday, excluding Bank Holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email with your shipment tracking number.

If you require a specific delivery date, please add the information to the Notes box when checking out or contact us to arrange.

Parcel Safe Place
It is very important that you fill in details for a parcel safe place in case our courier misses you. Please add details of a parcel safe place in the Notes box at the bottom of the Checkout page. Parcels that are left in your designated safe place are your responsibility.

You can check the status of your delivery by visiting: www.dpdlocal.co.uk
You will need the tracking number found on your shipment confirmation email.

Issues with your order
We want you to be happy with your cheese, so if there are any quality or delivery issues with your order please let us know as soon as you can. Though we can’t accept returns, we will do everything we can to put it right by sending you a replacement or offering you a refund.
